Miller Samuel is delighted to welcome Alison MacNeil as an Associate in our Private Client Department. Alison is dual qualified, having primarily worked in Estates (Wills, Trusts and Executries), Tax Planning, Trusts (including Personal Injury Trusts) and Charity Law in London, Aberdeen and now Glasgow. She has a unique depth of experience and breadth of knowledge, which will assist us greatly with the development plans for our Private Client Department, where we are extending our services in tax and succession planning and wealth management. Alison is also involved in creation, restructuring and reporting for growing charities at all levels. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is an enthusiastic contributor to seminars and journals. Alison has also been a Diploma Tutor in Private Client at Aberdeen and Glasgow Universities.
