Partner
Diane is a partner and the head of our Litigation Department. She has extensive litigation experience including contract and commercial disputes, licensing and property disputes and specialises in personal injury litigation with a particular interest in spinal and brain injuries. She has headed our Personal Injury team for over ten years and is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and MASS (Motor Accident Solicitor’s Society). Diane was Managing Partner of the firm between 2005 and 2009 and remains responsible for the firm’s Quality Standard policies.
