Fiona advises clients on general corporate matters, in particular, acquisition and disposal of assets and shares, commercial contracts and general company law regulations. Fiona has worked with a wide range of clients, from starts-ups to Plcs.
In addition, Fiona previously worked in-house for a large financial banking institution which strengthens her commercial knowledge.
